Very smooth interface. Best feature is asking for refills - no more than a 4-second job.

First of all this app used to be awesome. For the past few weeks it has been nothing but a waste of time. A survey pops up and you can get away from it if you click on the smiley face. If you select the unhappy face be prepared to get struck in an endless loop. OK, surveys are fine. No biggie. But then the login to rewards wont work. They really need to fix this app. Or else it can be called somethig that closely rhymes with app.

I have been using this app for years and used to absolutely love it, but if you dont get rid of those smiley faces, I will stop visiting Walgreens altogether and go to CVS. Its annoying that every time you open the app, they pop up and you cant quickly do what needs to be done.

Ive used this many times for photos and its awesome! But using it for prescription refills??? Omg! The best!! Done in seconds as opposed to the old calling it in and having to go through all the prompts!!?? No way... this app all the way!

This app has made refilling my prescriptions a cinch! Im impressed by how quickly it responds and saves favorite stores so its simple to select which store to use. We travel frequently and this app makes it simple to refill a prescription in any part of the country where Walgreens is located, and so far weve seen them everywhere!

This is hands down the most user friendly, simple, visually clean app Ive ever downloaded. Great job, Walgreens!

I just cant say enough about the convenience of this app! It texts you when you need refills and also when Your scripts are done being filled!! You can order photos right from the app and look through all the coupons and shop...its just awesome try it youll like it..!!!!!

Each time I click on the weekly ad for my local store, it tells me there are no weekly ad items. When I change the store to another location, it works.

The app needs some work. It offers you bonus points for spending a certain amount but the store workers have no idea how to apply them. It should automatically update with the points when you reach the required amount, but it doesnt. Watch your receipts or youll get cheated out of the points.

I basically only use this to scan refills and it makes my life easier. A good app for what I need and use it for. No problems.

Great App works perfect for me

I am stuck in a loop from hell! I get the happy face sad face request for review and then am stuck wanting me to complete a survey...when I try to close it, it just pops back up...if I try to go to the survey to just answer it so I can move on, it says the survey is out of date and on and on and on and on it goes!

I keep getting four to eight notifications for one pill reminder. I just got 34 notifications all telling me to reopen my pill reminder to keep getting notifications. Id rather not if this is gonna keep happening.

I use the Walgreens app to refill my prescriptions and I love it!!!

I love the ability to have reminders and order via the phone app. However, many prescriptions that I request through the app are not filled and when I go to the pharmacy to pick up 10-12 prescriptions, 3 to 4 are missing. Sometimes they say it is because it was a new prescription dropped off at the store and I cannot request it on the app; I have to call it in. Many times they are not sure why it wasnt filled or possibly not received request. Im not sure why they wouldnt have received the request since I requested all of my refills together. Frustrating. I also try to get all of my prescriptions at the same time each month. Because they are not filled when requested, I end up making several trips and then cannot reorder again at the same time. Please fix this!
